I started at this gym 3 years ago. I am currently 10 pounds away from my goal.I am down from a size 16 jean to a size 9. I have lost weight and am toned up under the guidance of Joan Wagner and her staff.It's a great place to work out. The ladies and gentlemen who work out here are wonderful as well.Check out the schedule
