“Was an amazing visit. I just needed my wheels balanced and my battery tested! While waiting I did some shopping. So 2 birds with one stone kind of a thing, I guess. Did a wonderful job on the tire balancing but I couple weeks later I had to replace my battery they said was good. It had a bad cell and they did not catch it. Either way they did their best. Thank you for the fun visit.”

“Good, honest auto maintenance company. Mike and his crew have been maintaining my 2015 Lexis IS250 for 5 years and have kept it running well. He doesn't recommend maintenance and repairs that aren't need but tells me what I do need to have done. When I give the ok, he does quality work and charges me a fair price. I've never had a problem with his services or fees.”

“I’ve gone here exclusively for oil changes for 10 years now. Never had anything outside of a great experience. Staff is friendly, and up front about pricing and exactly why it costs what it does. They always top all my fluids off, check my tires air pressure and show me my new oil. I’ve never been there any longer than 20 minutes, but typically I am in and out in 10 minutes.”

“Shrader's is the place to do business; and Greg is the man of the hour. Their tire prices are not only competitive, they are reasonable. We called no less than 8 places to get tires for our trailer. (Unusual size 255/70-22.5) Greg said he had then in stock, and ready to mount. He changed the 4 tires on the front axle of my trailer, noticed bad wear on one tire in the back axle, and changed it as well ... that's 5 tires ... in, and out, in just under one hour. Everything about this place is 5 stars!”

“Excellent service. Quick. Reliable. Nothing undone in the checking of what needed to be done. No high pressure sales. Complete honesty. I was even told I do not need an air filter presently. When I have gone to other locations I have been told I need an air filter when it back to put a new one in the day before. Denny used to work at this location and he is now over the one in lambertville which can use his help because that's where they attempted to sell me an oil filter because of one I had in the last 24 hours was no longer reliable. Believe me that store needs to shake up in its personnel and Denny is a man to do it. So today I dealt with the Logan and he was just as generous with his knowledge as is Denny. Very hospitable would you really don't think of when getting an oil change. But I'm using the word hospitable because I was felt welcome and given good information. I'll be back. But not in 24 hours. LOL”

These guys not only had my size but gave me a great used tire and mounted and balanced for $60 out the door they were true life savers being I was 3 and a half hours from home with very little money on me. I couldn't ask for better service than what I received from this place.”

“Ken and Tiger are so helpful. Not only were they kind and genuine but they make you want to come back time and time again. I love being able to get a fast oil change and even when I need a new head light or something small fixed, they always are able to help. Recently, they were out of the headlights I needed, Tiger jumped in his car, went out to purchase the headlight I needed and replaced it as quick as possible. “Very professional but I would like if they show what was done like most places they show you your dipstick the color of the oil you can't see what they're doing you have to wait in the waiting room I like to see what's going on making sure they're doing a good job.”
“Rarely have them do oil changes on my vehicles since the price is a little high for just a drain and fill but I have taken multiple vehicles here for other fluid changes like coolant and transmission and never had any issues. Reason I like coming here is because the machine they use for transmission fluid exchanges just sucks old fluid out through the dipstick or fill/vent port, very gentle process no risk of damage and you get roughly %85-90 of the old fluid out. Done this service on multiple vehicles with various mileage never had a trans fail or perform bad after this service.Reason for four stars is they tend to be messy not a huge deal but I do like a clean engine bay I also have to tell the employee on the next visit in a NICE AND PROFESSIONAL (don’t be a karen) manner to not clean the hood with papertowels since that did put some micro scratches in my paint. To management; please inform your employees to use microfiber towels to clean paint or ask the customer if they want the hood cleaned. While these scratches will come out with a machine polish it’s better if they never happened in the first place.”
