This place looks like a total dive from the street but I can't stop thinking about it. The small accompanying dishes were so good and so varied. kimchi and egg dishes were particularly memorable. We had bibimbop and I'm not sure I would ever be able to force myself to order anything else. But the beef that you prepare yourself looks like a lot of fun. Really a great find.

I love love love Seoul Garden and it is probably one of my favorite restaurant if not my favorite in Cleveland. They are very kind and attentive with bonchon (the small side dishes), asking if you want more. I even got to take some home with my leftover dinner! I always get 2 meals out of a single plate with korean food. Many dishes are family style if you are looking to share, and that with other side dishes always making a Korean meal feel very warm and cozy feeling. The interior makes you feel cozy as if you are in a resort with the wooden panels. It is truly a Cleveland gem that you would not expect to know as an outsider looking into the restaurant. We went for a friend's birthday, and the staff were kind enough to hide a cake we brought for her in the back and supplied us with more dishes, forks, and knife after our meal. They help pack your additional food and are always so so kind. I tried their deokbukki for the first time here and this is the best I have ever had. It is spiced so right with a great balance with the sweetness and spice level with some tangyness. They are also so large and fun to eat! Out of other Korean restaurants I have been to including Korea House, Miega, and Ha Ahn, Seoul Garden beats the others hands down and I would never mind driving the extra 10 or 15 minutes to come here, especially when the prices among them are all about the same. At the end they also give you the sweet yogurt drinks which is such a cherry on top! Although I no longer drink them as a health freak, they remind me of home and my childhood of pure asian sugar and deliciousness and this place just feels so nostalgic. This is such a good deal, come for the food, experience, family/friends, and atmosphere.

Omg seoul garden is jam-packed. I might be the only Korean here tonight. They know what they are doing. It is worth driving an hour for my Korean fix ;) every single time

I had been wanting to try this place for a while having lived in Korea for a bit and a huge fan of Korean food, plus it's fairly close to our home.
No more excuses we finally tried it out.
The first thing that caught hubby's eye was the relatively higher prices than we are used to dining out in Cleveland. Having said that, I knew that we were going to get large portions, and my expectations were definitely met.
The exterior of the building is quite misleading. The interior is nicer but a bit small. There were about five or six different tables occupied when we went and it seemed cramped, couldn't imagine it packed full with patrons.
Food quality was good but not great. It definitely satisfied my craving for Korean food. The panchan were good and they brought out more at no additional cost when I asked for selected extras.
We had enough to bring home leftovers which were also very good.
My only small quip is I felt very swollen and bloated and wondering if /how much MSG they used as I've never had that problem previously.
