“As a psych patient, having access to your medications is everything. My old pharmacy started to become unreliable to the point we couldn’t get things on time. Then we found Genoa, and it was a breath of fresh air. We needed a medication before the weekend that our old pharmacy couldn’t get. “The pharmacy team alone deserves 10 stars My parents had used this pharmacy for years , and over the years of visiting my parents and doing errands for them I knew this team is great But then came a fire ... a big, big fire , and this team stepped up. One summer night as I was there visiting, my parents house burnt down --- burnt down fast . Nothing was left That same day of the fire my parents had refilled almost all their medicines . This is a mom who has had a liver transplant and a father who had had heart issues, lung cancer and more During the fire we escaped with nothing - no phones , no shoes, just us , their dog and the clothes on our back . During the sirens of the fire engines I borrowed a phone and I spoke to my sister in GA ( a nurse) and she immediately called the team at the Pharmacy in Walgreens and they did the impossible. They called the insurance company and had all the prescriptions refilled and ready for me to pick up ( AND arranged for insurance agency to approve an emergency refill) by opening the next day I have to say after dealing with my parents losing a house , a car, and all their belongings.... and all the emotions that went with it - the first time I cried in that 24 hours was in picking up the prescriptions for my parents and the team asking about them in such an honest and heartfelt caring way All I can say is thank you - it's not enough, but know that your actions are appreciated and I will forever be a faithful Walgreens customer because of this team.”

“Despite reading all the poor reviews, I tend to think it's just entitled people complaining with no real reason. I went to get my prescriptions today (I don't get prescriptions often). They told me it had to be ordered, and it would arrive by 11 am the next day, but to also give them time to unpack it so return around 4 pm for pickup. Did as instructed, and it was all ready to go. They processed my goodRX code to save almost 60% off list price with no issue. In and out. Easy. Rochelle is a straight shooter, so if you're a softie, you may get easily offended. I also had a younger woman who was very kind and talkative. Overall, both women were polite and did a great job.”

“I love Costco in general. There's always a great selection of fresh produce which I appreciate. Most of their stores are set up the same way so when I'm in Colorado or even Alaska, I can get in and out as quickly as possible. Traffic flow could be better that's for sure. The warehouse I frequent always has friendly and helpful associates. Fuel prices are usually better than anywhere in the area. I just wish they had electric vehicle charging as well. I've purchased several sets of tires over the years and even purchased two vehicles through their auto purchase program. There's so much more to a Costco membership than just their warehouse items. Love Costco!”
