My wife and I drive from North Columbus up to Bluescreek about once per month because their meats are just that good. We've stopped getting meat from the grocery stores. Plus, we want to support local business as much as we can.

It's the only place I truly trust for quality meats and poultry! Local, family owned. Knowledgeable, experienced, and very friendly. High quality!!! Just two wonderful examples. Oh, their Turkey for Thanksgiving was fabulous ?
Family owned & operated whole animal butcher shop, cafe, bakery & grocery. Opened in the Historic North Market (downtown Columbus) in 1993 as a butcher shop and relocated to Plain City and expanded April 2016. We focus on whole ingredients and humanely raised animals (no growth hormones or antibiotics). We do things the old fashioned way, the way our grandparents used to do things. Our cafe features many Ohio products (including our own meat). 85% of our grocery area features Ohio Proud goods!
