I have nothing but praise for this bank. Customer service has always been excellent, fast and courteous. They have exceeded my expectations in many ways.

Pathetic customer service. Called the main head quarters and the customer service last sucked. Trying to get info on my account and she kept telling me she couldn't give it to me. Closing my account and going elsewhere. Stop hiring people outta McDonald's to work with people's money. Ughhh.

They have horrible service and never enough staff working. They never answer the phone, I've called for 2 hours straight since they opened at 10am and still haven't gotten a response. I think its time to switch to a different bank!
