“Eric and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee in my BMW 650i and had a catastrophic coolant leak while I was in their area... on a Sunday night. I had my car towed to them and called first thing Monday morning. They jumped into action and absolutely saved my life. Had a bit of a delay with a part that was completely out of their control. They handed it very professionally and explained everything I needed to know as far as ETA on parts and completion times. I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and I'm currently with a European specialist group called Eurofix in Nashville Tennessee. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! “Went to another place because my battery died. They had a battery for this vehicle for over $240. I said let me go back to Valvoline. I forgotten I had purchased this battery about a year ago and Laura and Ian jumped right on it and installed a brand new battery and didn’t charge me anything. That’s honest business and I really like that awesome!”

“Doug was at the front and he was very nice and welcoming!! seems as they've got themselves a lot of regular customers they all know eachother by name. I got a rental car because in my past experience maintenance on my car takes a couple days... not here no I dropped it off for a full service at 9am and it was ready by 2pm!!!! “I called and spoke to Zach and explained I needed 4 new tires. I gave him the dimensions and he recommended a great option that was agreeable in price and quality. “While Im originally from the Franklin/Springboro/Lebanon area, I needed a quality tire shop for a unique request. My Dad always said that Luti Tire had the absolute best service in the area. So, since Ive been in the area this week and needed tires, naturally I went to Walt Luti Tire. When I came in, I didn't have any appointment and I spoke to Scott Luti and explained what I needed on a weekday afternoon. Later on that same day, he called me to say that he'd likely have my tires ready the next day. The next day, i got a call in the morning to come pick up my set of tires. They gave me a great price and im especially grateful for their fast turnaround time.”
“Butch and tyler are some of the greatest people around, im the operations manager for Centerville landscape and irrigation, during the winter before the big snow storm hit out fuel tanks were reading 1/2 tank but they empty, my provider couldn't get me fuel in time for the storm. In a panic I called everyone I could find on Google and no one could help until I called Germantown and these people dropped everything to bring me fuel on a Saturday 6 hours before the storm started. There customer service and understanding of tough situations is evident in what they do that we switched to Germantown oil as our provider. If I could give more than 5 stars I would”

“I brought my son’s car to Take 5 Oil Change today for an oil change and had an outstanding experience. I was lucky enough to meet the district manager, Jessi, along with Zach on the team, and both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Jessi went above and beyond by letting me know that anytime between now and March 10th, or until my son hits 96,785 miles, he can stop back in for tire air, washer fluid, oil top offs, or coolant top offs at no charge. That is next-level customer service.
This location is truly customer service oriented, and I’m genuinely glad I decided to stop in today. If you need a quick, efficient oil change from people you can trust, I highly recommend this Take 5 location on State Route 741 right in front of Lowe’s.”

“I was out with my family when my Chevy 3500 would not start. We got a ride to Walmart Autocare Center and Kevin helped us find the right battery and helped me understand how the core charge could be refunded when I return with my old battery. He was very quick, professional and precise when I needed something specific in a hurry. We installed the new battery and it fired up right away. I then returned with the old battery and Kevin promptly processed the core charge return. I asked him if I could shake his hand and thanked him for being there today and helping us solve what was a huge problem. Thank you Kevin! Great job!!! “Stopped in today for an oil change at the Centerville location off of South Main and had an excellent experience. Carter and his crew were incredibly personable and professional. They actually had the specific type of oil we needed in stock, which has been very difficult to find lately!

“Brought in my car after a flat tire that had to be towed to this Walmart auto Franklin location. I called and one gentleman told me they weren’t taking anymore walk ins and wouldn’t be able to help me today. Luckily I still had my car towed here and Cody and another young man got me back quickly and said they had no other cars in the garage at that time. So the man I spoke with on the phone lied… CODY IS AN EXCEPTIONAL team lead- he took care of me and my car. My boyfriend and I only have one car, so being without it even a day was scary because he works in the medical field and that is his only way to and from work. I’m so grateful for Cody’s kindness and his willingness to get me in and get me the best possible price for a new tire. Walmart management and corp. needs to know about this. This was amazing. I’m sitting here waiting in happy tears, I was scared worrying how I would pick my boyfriend up from work tonight from the hospital. Cody saved the day!!!”
“Took my car in for a tire repair. They were the only option on a Sunday. Ended up buying a new tire (nail in sidewall). Mechanic (John) was very helpful and explained my options without pressuring me to buy more than needed. Work was done quickly and they were careful to keep my white interior clean.
