“We had decided the recliner we wanted but were unsure of color and features. We were in Florida but were buying for an Ohio home. We wanted to get in queue if we were to order (which we ultimately did). Thus we called the Strongsville Ohio store. Laurie was very friendly and helpful. She texted me pictures of the leather colors available, explained features and ultimately ordered the furniture for us. She did as much for us as if we were in the showroom and we accomplished, long distance, what we needed done.”

“Went mattress shopping to get a better understanding of what the new gel foam and hybrid mattresses were all about. Matthew was a wealth of knowledge and patiently showed us all of the different choices available. We went to another mattress store for price comparison and the sales person wasn’t as knowledgeable as Matthew. We ended up back at Levin’s and purchased a Stearns and Foster with an adjustable base. It was delivered two days ago and we love it. So glad we were able to try all of the mattresses, and in comparison shopping we got the best deal at Levins.”

“Definitely one of the nicer Rally House locations I’ve been too. Was well stocked and the staff were friendly. The only issue I had, which is with every Rally House I’ve ever been to, is that none of the locations I’ve ever been to are wheelchair/walker friendly. The racks and stands are packed so close together that you bump into things constantly when trying to look around the store.”

“A true gardeners place to shop as well as home decorators too. I was there purchasing a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff is extremely kind and genuinely helpful. Karen went above and beyond and was very personable! I felt that she really cared and also loved her job. She was interested in helping me and that I was the most important person- I'm guessing that there were 100 things she needed to be doing yet she was focused on helping me. I mention this since we went back the next day to purchase a really cool owl (for me?) and I spoke with Melissa.I asked Melissa who did the displays- she said that Karen herself and their team were the creative team. And the items just came in boxes and they created the magic. Very impressive and whimsical.My photos have attempted to capture some of the atmosphere. A very fun store and great staff. Thank you to Karen!!”

“The five stars is for the staff extremely friendly n helpful!!! Store well organized and clean. However as much as I was a huuuuge fan of Yankee candles. They are no longer the same. All the candles smelled terrible. I love fall scents and everything smelled just off or like it was missing something. However again great staff and beautiful displays. But yankee you need to do better with the scents. On the candles alone 2 stars.”

“The place was clean. The employees were kind. I enjoyed browsing and seeing the many things they had to offer. I was able to select some great pieces with no issues. Just keep in mind that, like many retailers, what you see is what is there. There is no back storage. Something that is like to see to improve the diversity of their collection is if there were more cultural influence pieces. I personally love things that have nods toward India and Asia, but that's just my preference. Enjoy creating and making your home YOUR home.”
“Great quality we used them for blinds for the whole house first, then did drapes 6 months later. Installation was great for both, and the designer was really helpful. Appreciated the advice to do blinds first then wait until we had all our furnishings in before doing drapes, never put any pressure on us.”
