“The furniture is good quality, and my experience shopping in-store was very positive. The sales associate, Cam, was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive without being overly pushy like you sometimes experience at other furniture retailers. The delivery team was also excellent—they were prompt and courteous, and handled everything professionally. Some stuff was not delivered but they ensured it would be at a later date.

“I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband and I purchased our dining room table, and recently a bookcase from them. They were helpful, kind, and went above and beyond. The furniture is beautiful, and sturdy, and will be loved and admired for years. Our table came in quicker than we thought. Our bookcase took a pinch longer- but they were wonderful and communicated with us the whole way through. They walked me through cleaning and care for longevity. Most importantly, they vocalized how appreciative they were for our business. We will support these people, and their beautiful work as much as we can. “We recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from the Sylvania location and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Gary helped us find the perfect model for our home, and after not having a refrigerator for a few days, I was ecstatic when he told us they had an opening and could deliver it the very next day. I especially loved their delivery tracking system — they text you in the morning and you can see exactly where you are on their route, which takes away all the guessing.
The delivery team was outstanding: extremely careful with the floors, respectful, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before they left. In the photos I posted, you’ll notice the scan stickers and protective film still on the refrigerator — we asked the drivers to leave everything in place because we preferred to remove it ourselves later. Normally, they would take all of that off during setup, but they were happy to accommodate our request. Everyone at the store was kind and professional, and Gary truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend the Sylvania location.”
