Pre rinse doesnt work, soap just oozing out. Payed for the platinum, and the car was literally still dirty afterwards. Worst car wash ever, youd have better results driving through some rain.

Platinum auto wash (most expensive ) did not remove any of the light dirt/dust off my jeep. Could wipe light dust with very little effort with hand. Brushes would work better even though you get micro scratches in paint from them.
