“I am extremely thankful for North Dixie Auto Collision! My son was in an auto accident in November. Founders insurance took over 6 weeks to determine if they were going to cover the accident because their insured wouldn't respond to their inquiries....even though the insured was ticketed and indicated she was at fault at the scene. My son continued to drive his car during this time and his tire/suspension broke. Thank God he wasn't injured. They did a marvelous job working with the insurance and getting this covered and his car was washed and looked excellent when we picked it up. Thank you for your hard work ?”

“Howell's Automotive Repair Business has been here in Brookville, OH. Many Years. A Family Business not Commercial Plastic false promises place. The owner always, works hard at getting the job done right not sloppy and fast, then fixing the problems if any ! My friends, that have gotten work done here over the years, all have had seriously good work done.. ? So, I've Never had a wreak before! "Sept 2021/ At 63 yrs"I had my first front-end smash & When my car was dropped off at the house the guys got the bad off and replaced all the broken parts, the crushed metal was reformed and bought skins ( hood, fender, bumper/front-end) from wreak yard. I got New tire and wheel, strut, lower control arm and some more? then it needed Paint.. I checked all around. EVERYONE was so expensive.$$! I really wanted Howell's to paint it. But, A van wreaked into the Automotive Repair Business, smashed it up good & caught on fire. ?1/2 of Howell's Business was burned up I was sure they were closed. ?I called and found out they were working and open.☕. I Got a great estimate when I took the car over then, just dropped it off... I Got it back today,? Looks Great. They did extra work, took dents out of hood, mounted the bumper/front-end and fender. Paint is fresh, clean "Great job"”

“I hit a deer a few weeks ago and took my truck to Beau Townsend collision for an estimate. They were quick to produce the estimate and it was fair and easy to understand. I called back a couple days later and asked to set up the repairs. They got the parts ordered and I was able to take the truck in about a week and a half later. The repairs were done in about a week. Truck looks like brand new! Couldn't ask for a better looking job! Thanks for getting my truck fixed and back on the road quickly! I bought the truck new from Beau Townsend Ford in 2012 and they have had it ever since for service and now body repairs. All-in-all I've been pretty pleased with the service! Thanks again!”
