“Wow, this service is OUTSTANDING! I have had to move upright pianos since I was in my early 20's. Luckily friends with muscles and trucks always helped me move my upright pianos. Sadly with every move something dreadful always happened. Once, a friend pulled their sciatic, scratches to the wood, knicks and parts of the wood casing were knocked off. After I moved to Ohio, I needed a piano and hired 2 Guys and a Truck. I did not have a great experience with them as the piano was treated poorly and again, part of the keyboard housing was damaged. So when I (luckily) found a Weber Grand Piano for sale, I wanted expert movers to handle it. So happy I found A1. This company is beyond 5 stars in excellence. Every aspect of our interactions were wonderful and true to their promises. The piano was moved from a small room in the time frame they said and the piano arrived exactly when they said it would. The fellows brought it in and set it up in 20 minutes!!!!! Never, have I ever had a piano moved in and setup so quickly, without scratches or dings or anything negative occuring. They were very careful and wanted to ensure my placement was exactly as I wanted it. These guys were so friendly, warm and professional, I could not have been more pleased. Thanks to everyone at A1 for making this move happen so quickly. You are the BEST and I will always use and recommend your services to everyone!”

“I interviewed two other movers and decided that American Way Van & Storage was who I wanted to to be in charge of my truck and household goods. I felt very comfortable with Thomas, who was patient and offered suggestions. He was available whenever I had questions ( I had a lot). I felt by the time the move came around that he was my friend. “Great customer service and fair pricing. From Melinda, our on-site estimator to the person answering the phones and coordinated with the dispatcher they were top shelf! The initial thing that impressed me was that once I accepted the quote it was a flat rate without those dreaded extra fees. The reason I'm writing this review, however, is the team they sent to move us. The crew leader, Tom, is a great leader. His depth of knowledge was get helpful. Happy, Sean, and Patrick were energetic and fun living that goes to prove you can joke around and still get things done! They moved us approx. 3 hours door to door. The crew was extremely grateful and there was zero damage!They loaded up on a Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. They even moved my much loved Honda Goldwing! If you want to have a smile amid chaos of moving don't look anywhere else.”
