“My alternator died over 200 miles from home on Sunday. The crew at Advanced Auto Parts were able to conclude what the issue was (I had no idea), charge my battery, and even called up one of their off duty employees who swapped out the alternator right in the parking lot in less than an hour for $50. The guy took maybe 2 seconds to look at what he needed to do and immediately started taking parts out to get to the prize. I witnessed an artist do hours of a master's work in less than one, and so humble I basically had to argue with him to pay him more than what he asked because his work was worth 10x or more what he asked. These people absolutely saved me from a crisis and I could not be more thankful for the awesome personalities, service, plus of course the incredible above and beyond help they all so willingly extended to get me and my kids back home safe.”

“I like that if you have a problem with your auto they will take tools and check your auto to see what is wrong with your auto. Other parts stores doesn't do this.
