“I really like the service here. I have 2 cats and my daughter, who goes here as well, has 2 cats and 3 dogs. One dog passed away from cancer as we arrived to the office. They were very compassionate and caring.
The vets are nice, they listen, and they are informative. As for pricing they are comparable to others but they do send Rxs to Chewy to help with cost.”

“The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I was a new client with my 14 pound, 8 yo cockapoo looking for a vet that had specialized training,and I found that here. She needed a CCL repair and I was blessed to find this clinic. Due to cancellations, she was able to be seen the same day.
We meet Dr. Leslie on our initial visit who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My fur baby was frightened, but she had a reassuring way about her. She even noticed that she was due for additional shots next month and was able to bring them up to date. Something that had slipped past me. During that visit she was able to have Heidi seen by Dr. Emily who is the surgeon that specializes in CCL repairs of small dogs. She was able to fit us into her busy schedule the following week due to a cancellation.
My pet was blessed to be able to get the repair and be back on the road to recovery. It was also very nice to be able to add nail trimming and teeth cleaning to her procedure while still under anesthesia. Be aware that Dr. Emily can be very busy on surgery days, and even if they tell you that she will call you at noon, it may not be possible until much later in the day, like around 6pm. However, you can call and check on your pet. When Dr. Emily does call, she is thorough and takes her time to make you feel like you and your pet are her top priority.
I have been very pleased with this clinic and find them reasonably priced for the area. We will continue to be long time clients.”

“I have been with this cat veteranian since he opened the practice. I had moved to Florida for a decade but now am back in Dayton and I've brought my current cats back in for a check up. My cats, several sets of them over the years, and they have always been provided the best care both medically and leaving them in the boarding section. For anyone new to the area, I would recommend trusting your fur babies with this doctor and his staff.”

“Couldn’t believe it. My 11-yr yorkie-mix dog has been struggling with his back legs for years. He’s had recent health issues and hasn’t been as playful. After the first accupuncture session he jumped up on the couch! He hasn’t done this in months! The DR was so nice and accommodating too. Highly recommend!”
“The quality of care I have received here far exceeds the many practices I’ve take my dogs to over the years. I first found out about it after my trainer recommended them for OFAs for my sport dog with Dr. Vanessa and Lexie. The quality of the X-rays and positioning were great, and honestly probably saved what would have been fair hips into being good hips with their precision. They offered to try without sedation, but ultimately I knew my dog would need sedation so they did that for us as well. It took seeing them to figure out that my dog gets much less nervous with examinations if he is up on the table! Then my other dog developed Horner’s syndrome and my normal vet couldn’t get us emergently in. I decided to see if they could squeeze me in and I’m so glad they did. It’s a further drive for me but Dr. Michael did the most thorough examination on my very nervous pittie than any other vet has done his whole life! He took his time with him, and allowed me to advocate for what I thought would be best. We have decided to switch all of his care to Dr. Michael moving forward, even though it’s about 40 minutes from us.”

“Great veterinary practice! Lots of knowledgeable veterinarians and staff who help make your furbaby's visit a special one. I know we aren't always there for yearly check ups but my nervous furbaby loves the treats and attention she gets while we visit. You get a team to help when you come in and I think that is wonderful to help make things work smoothly. Bigger offers wellness exams, testing, advanced care, routine and advanced surgical procedures, and many other services. They even have some weekend hours which is huge when something strikes on Saturday morning. They will treat you like family here, i highly recommend them.”

“Some of the most caring people work here. Very transparent and caring about the animals they see. All of the vets have been amazing but I want to specifically give a shout out to Dr. Staab. For starters, she recognized the emergency situation we were in & probably saved our dog from long term health issues. Our pup had quite the emergency last week and we were referred to medvet, whose phones were down. “I'm beyond thankful we I found Dr. Olp! My golden baby Ashton has been through the ringer with his hypothyroidism, but when we switched to Bigger Road with Dr. Opl that has changed! She was the best vet I've ever met! My big guy was nervous when she walked in because he's been through so much at previous vets. She took off her white coat, tools, and got on the floor with him. He went over to her and let her love on him! She had her whole visit with us on the floor loving on him. Not mention the treats he got for being a good boy. Her bedside manner and just personality is so loving and friendly! I highly recommend Bigger Road!”
“Dr Anstadt has been my vet since 1986. He and his dad (RIP) have always taken excellent care of my fur babies … from turtles, rabbits, hamsters, cats, and dogs. He takes the time to explain options and is up front with the costs which is very important to me. His fees have always been reasonable.I saw a review that mentioned the cleanliness of the office, but I think cleanliness should not be confused with old. Sure the office could use a makeover but the paint being fresh would not change his ability to care for my pets! I go there for his expertise, not for the decor.”
