“Needed a battery for my wife's BMW. The guy at the counter was one of the drivers but was super helpful. The temp outside was in the single digits but he put the battery in. Not an easy task on these cars. It's heavy and buried in the wheel well in the trunk. He got the job done...and pretty quickly. Big thank you for going above and beyond.”

“Drop the battery off a few weeks ago to get it charged up then we got the snow storm and O'Reilly's misplaced the battery or send it for recycling.
Gentleman by the name of Brandon address the issue took responsibility and rectified the situation by giving me another battery I didn't have to ask he said it was the right thing to do.
I couldn't have agreed more and I take responsibility for my part and not picking it up sooner.

“Had trouble getting my antifreeze cap off so drove to O'Reilly here in town to get help. I purchased the antifreeze and the sales clerk was very helpful in getting the cap off. He stayed outside in the cold with me until the antifreeze was was working in bringing heat thru the vents. I was so relieved. Thanked the guy who took the time to make sure I would be safe & especially warm.”
