“I was out in the middle of nowhere (sorry Willard-ians) and my Chevy Bolt had a sudden problem. I was three hours from home and in a cell dead zone. Fortunately I had downloaded an offline map for the trip and found this Chevy dealership. I tried some tricks I remembered my dad teaching me about brakes when they are sticking, and limped my way to the dealership 5 miles away. Steve in the service department really helped me out, allowed me to talk through the situation, which fortunately was not serious, and he affirmed the tricks still work with these newer cars, helped me charge up and generally makes my anxiety melt away. I have no reason to be that way again, but Steve and this dealership really helped out a guy trying to get back home.
(Don't forget to pay attention to those Dad tricks, btw)”
