“Great 1st visit with Dr. Conley. I had 2 boys (age 1 and 3) plus my pitbull and all the staff were very helpful and kind even with the chaos in our room. Dr. Conley treated my dog like he was her own. She laid out the costs ahead of time and provided different options with no pressure for any route. She was willing to speak on the phone and answer all questions about a diagnosis after the visit.”

“I've gone here with all of our animals and they are amazing. I recently had to put my cat down and they could not have handled it any better. After it was done, the vet tech Adrian came in to check on us and I told him I didn't want her laying there alone for too long. He told me that he would treat her just like it was one of his own pets. That made me feel comfortable with leaving. But they have seen many of our cats and dogs and the entire staff are amazing. So compassionate and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“My regular vet for both of my cats was very backed up and I needed to bring my one cat in to be seen as he has been battling an upper respiratory infection. They were able to get him in within 24 hrs and he was given antibiotics and great care. I was very impressed with how kind and helpful they were not only on the phone when I called, but also in person. They treated Binx so well and that's all I could ever ask for. I definitely recommend bringing your furry companion to them, especially if you're looking for a cat friendly place to go. UPDATE TO ADD: Binx is really improving. He is hardly sneezing now, his cough is gone, and he's back to playing more with his feline brother. Also, I love the fact that they called to check up on him and sent us a card in the mail. It really feels good to know my fur baby is in such great caring hands. I feel very comfortable to bring both of my shy fur babies here.”

“I have been going to Ark for several years now. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have a reactive/anxious dog but have never been made to feel like a bad pet parent for it, for which I am especially grateful. The prices of care are some of the best around, and their points program for discounted services is a great bonus! Scheduling is very simple and I’m always seen within a few days. My only complaint is that the building is VERY small, which can be challenging when sitting in the lobby with several other pets and owners.”
