“I was recommended to use Mikey’s shop. He has the best customer service. He answered me quickly. I had a deer hit the front driver side of my car. It did a lot of damage. Mikey fixed it in a very timely manner. I had one small issue once I got the car back. He immediately called me and was very willing to fix it. My experience overall was great! He was beyond friendly and took the time to talk to me about the damage you could see under the bumper. .”

“Curt did a excellent job repairing my 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD after I had a head on collision with a 150lb deer at 65mph. Airbag deployment and all. “I would definitely recommend Sagle. We took an alternator in to get it rebuilt, but after checking on the parts that would be needed for the rebuild (the housing had a small crack), he said he could get us a new one, for less than the cost of the rebuild. The cost of the new alternator he sold us, was less than the rebuilt ones I had seen online, at several auto parts stores.”

“My check engine light came on during a trip home with my niece. I stopped to have it read. They let me know what the issue was. I asked if they thought it was safe to continue our trip. They couldn't say for sure with that reading so they suggested I stop by Rod's Tires and Exhaust to get a more detailed reading. They were all very sweet and helpful!
I let my husband know what the reading was and he said I could keep going as long as the light wasn't flashing. Made it home safely!”

“My wife’s vehicle, in which she and our young grandchild travel, needed a new battery, which for her vehicle was a special model! In Zanesville, OH today at 5:13 PM when your associate, Matt, or as it indicates on the receipt, Matthew W., at the store located at 1215 Linden Avenue, swapped out the battery during which time my phone indicated that it was 12 degrees out, but felt like 1 degree!! He never complained, he remained positive and upbeat, and he did a phenomenal job!! Thank you, Matt, you are a credit to Advance Auto!!!”
“This is my absolute favorite store out of all of the Zones in my area , but obviously the prices are are bit higher than 1 other competitor (Not in Zanesville) I won't name . But the staff at this location are knowledgeable and friendly and never give me any hesitations of any returning items unused or just price checking future purchases. So get in the Zone haha”

On Memorial Day, I got a flat tire about three hours into an eight-hour drive home with my two young kids in the car. After putting on the donut, I made it to the Walmart Auto Center at 6:55 PM—just five minutes before closing. I told them I completely understood if they couldn't get to me that evening and that I would happily make an appointment for first thing the next morning.
Instead, they went above and beyond. The team took the time to plug and fill my tire, put the donut back in my car, and had us safely back on the road by 7:30 PM. They stayed late when they didn't have to, and their willingness to help made all the difference.
What could have turned into finding a hotel, unloading tired kids, and delaying our trip by a day became a quick stop thanks to their kindness and professionalism. As a parent traveling alone with young children, I was incredibly relieved and grateful.
