“I made the unfortunate decision to buy a Powerhorse portable generator from Northern Tools three years ago. I do not know if they work on other brands, but Sagle is a service center for them. I have had to take it in twice for repairs and both times they quickly found the problem and got it running again. Joe is the generator guru and very knowledgeable. I recommend him and Sagle 110% if your portable generator needs repair.”
“Curt did a excellent job repairing my 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD after I had a head on collision with a 150lb deer at 65mph. Airbag deployment and all. “My check engine light came on during a trip home with my niece. I stopped to have it read. They let me know what the issue was. I asked if they thought it was safe to continue our trip. They couldn't say for sure with that reading so they suggested I stop by Rod's Tires and Exhaust to get a more detailed reading. They were all very sweet and helpful!
I let my husband know what the reading was and he said I could keep going as long as the light wasn't flashing. Made it home safely!”

“I have to say I was upset about a sales on a part. I tagged them and posted about it out of frustration of the circumstance. I received a call from them to correct it and they offered install. Lesson learned...Maybe I am at some fault for not asking for a manager, but I’m happy they made an effort after I left to correct the issue.”
“Quality work! Would definitely recommend this shop. I am not from the area and was visiting nearby and blew a head gasket while on vacation. No other shop in the area would even look at it. They took it in right away and had the job done in less than 3 days and did everything for a very fair price!! Driven all around Ohio and back to Florida. Easily put 3000 miles back on this head gasket already. No issues!”
“So far so good with the collision center. The employees have been super attentive, personable, and were empathetic regarding my situation. Another dealer in West Virginia had given me the runaround on a repair so much that my insurance adjuster asked me to take it elsewhere. My vehicle goes in Monday, May 6th for body work and I will update my review of any changes when I get it back.”

“My wife’s vehicle, in which she and our young grandchild travel, needed a new battery, which for her vehicle was a special model! In Zanesville, OH today at 5:13 PM when your associate, Matt, or as it indicates on the receipt, Matthew W., at the store located at 1215 Linden Avenue, swapped out the battery during which time my phone indicated that it was 12 degrees out, but felt like 1 degree!! He never complained, he remained positive and upbeat, and he did a phenomenal job!! Thank you, Matt, you are a credit to Advance Auto!!!”
“This is my absolute favorite store out of all of the Zones in my area , but obviously the prices are are bit higher than 1 other competitor (Not in Zanesville) I won't name . But the staff at this location are knowledgeable and friendly and never give me any hesitations of any returning items unused or just price checking future purchases. So get in the Zone haha”
“At first when I came to Walmart tire & lube I showed up and was told to make an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment that I was told was at three, one of the team members, Ron walked up and asked if I needed help and that there was a line. I told him I thought I had an appointment at three and he showed me their schedule and I didn’t have one but he fit me in and helped me in the best way he could. He felt bad for the miscommunication and took it upon himself to give me the best customer care, kept me updated on everything going on, was very sweet to my kids, and totally turned my whole experience around!
