Called in an order for 2 pizzas. Was told they would be ready in 10 min - It took 40 min! Waited half an hour inside the store. They never answer the phone either. No sorry, no nothing.

I keep giving this Little Cesar chance after chance ... I was so very happy when they opened in Ada ... but literally, since my first visit there, I have had one thing after the other disappoint .. the first visit I chalk up to new restaurant & working out the glitches in the system. .. but our last 2 pizzas were way over cooked, almost burned... they always seem to be out of crazy bread or the sauce. .. while the pizza was burnt last time the crazy bread was barely cooked at all ... the kids that work there are nice & polite but they have not been trained to handle the smallest hic up (such as under cooked bread) or maybe they haven't been given the authority to make the most basic customer service decisions ..( I suspect the former)... I REALLY dislike the lack of organization. .. it is always busy in the little lobby so walking in, it is unclear where the line starts ... all the customers work it out amongst themselves as to how to line up, who is waiting in line or waiting for their order .... it is chaotic ... I have spoke to manager once and he was able to help with one issue, I have spoken to the home office customer service several times and they are nice and helpful. .. an email was sent to the owner and the manager asking them.to call me (I was never rude or hateful... I was understanding and polite) the owner did reply to LC home office stating they would contact me ...that was months ago and still no call...I hope they actually do well here but they need to be better to do better

Manager is not professional and his employees have no customer service skills. This store sucks , the pizza is either burnt or cold and very hard . This store has trouble meeting there customers orders in a timely manner. Needs a new more experienced store manager and all the employees really need better training.

The cashier is quick, friendly, and efficient. The food itself is always nice, hot, and fresh.
-1 This location is still new, occasionally leading to long(ish) lines and wait times during peak hours.

The worst Little Ceases I’ve ever been too. The building looks great. The number 1 thing that discuses me was an employee eating in the kitchen. He would walk around with his sandwich and drop stuff off it. I oded food but did not take it home. Nobody wears gloves when prepping food. 1 out of 10 for this location. Staff is terrible but it’s Ada, OK. Y’all need some work because it’s disgusting!!!
