Today was my last visit to Penny's, Ardmore. The cashier was HATEFUL and condescending, she was so disrespectful to customers because we were not properly lined up while waiting to pay for purchases. She could use some customer service training!!!

Usually they have great deals and wonderful inventory but my last trip wasn't so I'm giving four stars... though before this trip I would have given five stars ?
