Here is the sign for parking in case you miss it and need to pay for your spot. The views are amazing, but be sure to wear water shoes since the beaches are pretty rocky. This is a beautiful park, with a museum, a marina, and lots of other things to do right inside the park. Horseback riding, a small train, ziplining, fishing, and more. One of the most beautiful parks I have been to, definitely towards the top of my list- My Happy place. We enjoyed the little train ride, horse riding and peddleboats.

From Beavers Bend State Park - Hochatown Area

Named for the original town flooded by the damming of the Mountain Fork River, the Hochatown Area of Beavers Bend State Park covers the northern area of the park and encompasses the following camp areas: Area 1, just off Steven's Gap Road, features Armadillo, Bluejay, Coyote, Deer and Eagle campgrounds. Area 2 campgrounds, Firefly, Grasshopper, Hawk, Turkey and Quail can be found off Carson Creek Road.
