“Went to the store. Having a terrible day when I went in. Both the ladies were EXCEPTIONAL AND NICE. Very knowledgeable but most importantly they were patient with me. I'm not real patient when aggravated and the day I was having didn't help. Thank God for them. I was able to keep my old number and get a new phone. But most importantly I now have a trusted place and trusted people who will help me. Loyalty goes along way with me. I live in the north part of the city and would rather travel the extra distance just for the friendly staff here at this store. “This is a store for shopping & information on Cricket Wireless products & services. It's a busy location but the personnel are helpful & polite. Most products & accessories are on long walls leading towards the service counter where phones & plans are sold & payments can be made if you don't prefer to pay online. My only concerns are long wait times even though Personnel are continually working and I would like to have some seating while u wait since I have some health problems that make it hard to stand long times.”
