“The reason I had a in-person visit to Farm Bureau is because I switched to them the only problem is I never got my new policy and my old one was fixing to lapse I sat in the office for half an hour waiting just to be sure that I had coverage. I feel they have really good rates but plan to spend some time if you're setting up a new policy and plan to call them back a couple of times.”
