Park on the street next to Site1and had to wait for 10hrs b4 I can legally drive. “Small property so not much room for issues. I’m a trucker so I was delivering in my semi. Arrived at night and parked right outside their gate in a dirt lot. Alone. No other trucks were present. Lots big enough for 2 trucks but note it’s not meant for truck parking. Is employee parking. One employee wanted me to check in at 7am so I could move out their way. I moved around 8:30. They didn’t seem bothered. An older gent unloaded me and was very cool. There truck entry is the entrance furthest from the 4 way intersection and their yard is pretty roomy. Check in at the first stop sign upon entry at the shack. Easy peasy.”

“In the last month, I have used the Norman Lowe’s Curbside Pickup to pickup yard equipment ordered online. This is a very efficient process: order the item, go to Lowe’s Curbside pickup area in the parking lot by the entry, log into the e-mail receipt and notify that I’m at the curbside pickup area and what parking slot number. Within minutes the item is brought out and loaded. Easy peasy!
Way to go Lowe’s!”
“Using the Lowe's app is convenient but it is also disappointing when it comes to products, when ordered in the app , it shows there is inventory but not until the following day then a message is sent stating order is ready for pickup but we don't have One of your items, that's frustrating because I could have picked up what I needed the day before when there was a store near by , by morning I'm 40 miles away. They need to have real time inventory for the store items are ordered from and also the app need the option allow you to exchange an item rather than cancel it and have to wait 5 days for credit back . In regards to the Mustang, Ok store, employees are amazing, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Ruby was helping me last and her people's service skills exceeded my expectations she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues and was simply amazing. She was the cashier that checked me out and For that a 5 star is well deserved.”

From the moment when I walked through the door, everybody was so helpful. I was in and out less than five minutes. Customer service like that is very rare in 2025.”
