Went in there to buy running shoes and nobody asked me if I ever needed any help they all stood around talking to each other and folding t-shirts not once did they ask me if I needed help, I ended up buying my shoes at shoe carnival

We came in to exchange shoes that I had ordered online for my grandson and Trey (sp?) Was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful and very informative. We will definitely continue shopping here.

If you don't like your job in customer service then quit. Worse experience even trying to buy shoes for 6 year olds birthday. Never coming back. must be finish line standards looking at the other reviews
