We use Hilti for our fleet tools, and we love them. Great tools and great customer service. Most of the time I deal with Matt in store and he is always incredibly helpful.

Went in and purchased epoxy. Sales associates upsold me to buy more than I needed. Went to return the unopened tubes of epoxy, and they would not accept the return. I'll buy my epoxy somewhere else from now on.
