Really good reporting work, absolutely harassing staff on subscriptions. 4-6 calls a week after being told to take me off the call list is honestly making me not want to resub ever. Stop calling people so often.

Looks like I have the same complaints as everyone else. I pay for a delivery that doesn’t happen. They say they will fix it, but never do. A shame, really, doesn’t seem like that hard of a thing to do, they managed to do it wonderfully for decades, but it gets worse and worse.

Can't get a Sunday paper delivered to our home. 40+ year subscriber. We contact customer service and they always tell us they will get the problem fixed but it never happens. No one ever calls us back. Don't offer delivery service if you can't actually perform the task.
