It was this past Labor Day, and my insurance company lined up Jim to have my car towed to Stillwater to be repaired. I was safely off the road but he was still there within 30 minutes. From the time Jim called me to verify my location, he was not only professional, but also made me feel reassured and taken care of. He not only took care of my car, but also made sure I was safe until my daughter got there to pick me up. Basically, Jim treated me the way I would hope my own family members would be treated in the same situation.”

He even installed it for me to make sure it would work. I wish I asked for his name but thank you so much for going beyond the usual.”

“I just got a call from my daughter crying. Normally when I get these calls, I know her dad and I have to go pick her up because something bad has happened: small fender bender, boyfriend problems, normal young lady things. I was so pleasantly surprised when she told me that she had found the place that she would always take her car for oil changes and repairs. She had had trouble with service men telling her she needed things that she didn't really need, or talking down to her to because she's a woman. (And all of us women have had this happen to us, right?!) But she was so happy at how nice they were, at how they answered her questions and didn't act like they were annoyed with her, and what a great job they did with everything. If they can make a young girl happy who has does not like to do things by herself because she has trust issues with dealerships, then I'm for sure taking my vehicles there! Might even have to look for my next car there as well!”
