We ordered berry rose boutonniere and corsage that was said can be done and got two white Rose's and a pink bow not even close to what she ordered and still got charged said they called multiple time and not to the person that placed the orderwill not use again

I've tried to use this local florist twice to send flowers to a relative. I haven't had a good experience either time. I will be trying another florist going forward.

I was very upset when I seen the flowers I purchased from here. Very poorly put together and definitely not a pretty arrangement at all. I will never use this flower shop again. And after I called to talk to someone about them they were rude and didn't even offer to fix them or give me a refund.
