From Hospice of the Cherokee
Hospice of the Cherokee is a department of Cherokee Nation Home Health Services (CNHHS). CNHHS is a tribally incorporated, non-profit agency that is Medicare certified to provide state licensed hospice care. Hospice of the Cherokee received its license to provide care from the state of Oklahoma on May 8, 2000.
