I didn't have a whole lot and I believed their initial quote was fair.The movers, Q and Jarin, arrived early and was able to move my things within an hour and a half. They were very professional, asking if there was any thing else to move or if I needed help packing things in my car. They even helped me take a desk to the dumpster for me.Once we got to my new residence, they were quick to get everything inside. They asked where I wanted everything and not just dumping things anywhere. I was impressed that they were able to get my couch through the front door! When I paid for their services, it was a whole lot less that originally quoted!All in all, would definitely hire them again if I needed to move. Highly recommend them, especially if Q and Jarin were the ones doing the move. Great job, guys!”

Both times the employees, everyone from the person taking the call to the actual movers were friendly, efficient and the actual movers were careful when moving items. “I had a move on 10-31-23 and moving on Any day can be spooky! However, this transition was far from scary. EVERYONE was super nice. From the call center Agent Erica, to Isaiah who came out and gave an honest assessment and quote. Last but not least to the 3 HUNKS that came out. Austin was so kind, B was awesome (go Norman), and Dom was the Hulk! I would absolutely recommend this company 100%. They adjusted my rate due to a smaller truck being given and finished in under time. Great Customer service from start to finish. They really did deliver!”

I was contacted by the driver, William Gaceta prior to move day just to let me know his expected time of arrival. “Great company! Easy to work with and you don't pay anything until your goods are in transit. Much less expensive than a normal move because you pay a fixed price even if gas goes up. You have to be a little more organized with scheduling and you need to hire movers but Upack is very helpful with everything. I would hire again.”

“Ricardo and Jose moved a lot of very heavy stuff into our moving trailers pretty much non-stop for 5 hours. The pricing was reasonable. When paying, there was some type of transportation charge that wasn't disclosed when I first got a quote. Wouldn't have been a deal breaker but should be more transparent. But again, they did a great job moving very heavy stuff on a very hot day. Would definitely use again.”

“I used this moving company on November 2, 2022 to move from a **** square ft home to a senior residential community. They quoted me an hourly rate for three men and a truck. I did not use their service to pack up my belongings, as I did that myself. The three gentlemen did an excellent job of moving my belongings. Not only that, they had to move each box and each piece of furniture quite a distance from parking area. It was strenuous work. One piece of furniture had a small bit of damage that I discovered days later. However, fixable with a little bit of Gorilla Glue. I give this company a 5-Star rating. I would use their service again.”

“After reading reviews about Holton Transfer and with reviews being either wholly negative or positive, I had some trepidation about what our experience was going to be. Fortunately my worries were for naught. We ordered an adjustable bed from Costco and the bed was delivered to Holton Transfer from Lodeso shipping. While I did have to obtain Holton Transfer contact info via Southbay International, I had no trouble getting through via phone and Ray was professional and courteous when we spoke to schedule the delivery and was informed of the delivery team that would be bringing the bed. The delivery was scheduled for 1st thing this morning and I received a call from Jason to let me know they were 20 minutes out and they arrived right on the dot! Both Ray and Jason quickly removed our old bed (my husband and I had disassembled the bed) and as soon as it was out they quickly set up our new bed. The guys showed me how to operate the remotes for the bed, made sure everything was functioning properly and removed all packing debris. There was no damage to our home or the new bed. Our experience was top notch so I would definitely use Holton Transfer in the future.”
