“At first, I was not sure I'd made the right choice. I had to adjust to their practices. However, the tellers make up for the difference! I use the drive thru mostly, and I always appreciate everyone's smiling face and friendliness. :) I ask for my balance on each withdrawal transaction because it seems they don't print these out or give receipts for these, and I always get service with a smile! I also took notice when this bank stepped up to assist federal workers' manage their accounts by assuring them there would be money in their accounts at payday during the shut down of a portion of our government by the President. That was a caring and very helpful gesture. Great leadership!!”

“Wanted to share my recent experience with Jen Moody, Vice President and Lending Manager with FOPCU. The credit union had no power for days because of the terrible storms in our area. The very first morning they reopened, Jen allowed me to come into her office and wait while she completed the loan process that started the week before. She worked diligently and patiently with the out-of-town dealership so that my new car could be delivered to me the next day. Thank you, Jen and FOPCU. We've been customers for years, and I can't imagine working with anyone else when it comes time to get a loan for a vehicle.”
“These 5 stars for Israel Tolentino, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My business account was debited by unauthorized transaction, and I so freak out. I called express banker at back office; he told me the solution have to freeze the account, it put me more stress because I have ton of debit payment will come through these days. Well, it seems not his business. Cold blood, he just said that is the solution. I am so pissed so I rushed to 81st and Garnett branch. And told the front desk lady, worst experience! She couldn't feel my pain. She froze my account and told me and then said she couldn't open a new account for me because no banker available and I have to reinstatement my business. What I get from them, the express banker and the lady at 81st & Garnett branch, none of my business, not even offer help. They just do whatever limited knowledge they have.But Israel Tolentino is different! He can feel our pain. He told us that actually they can tell the back office to let the valid payment go through and in the meantime, we can open a new account. He also will try to talk to the manager to help us to cover some fees that happened since the account in credit only situation. He has patient, he listens.”
