The staff members were knowledgeable and provided us with helpful guidance during our visit. However, it's worth noting that the store can get quite busy on the weekends.The staff at Hydrosphere demonstrated a good understanding of Koi ponds and willingly shared their expertise with us. They took the time to answer our questions and offer valuable insights and recommendations for our own project. We appreciated their assistance and felt more confident in our plans as a result.One minor drawback of our visit was the occasional busyness of the store on weekends. While it didn't significantly impact our overall experience, it did mean there was a slight wait for assistance. However, considering the popularity of Hydrosphere, it's understandable that it attracts a steady flow of customers.In terms of the selection, Hydrosphere offered a decent variety of Koi and pond supplies. The Koi appeared healthy and well-cared-for, and the store had a satisfactory range of pond equipment and supplies available. We were able to find what we needed for our project, which was a positive aspect of our visit.Overall, I would rate my experience at Hydrosphere - The Koi Pond Experts as a 4-star visit. The knowledgeable staff and their helpful guidance were highlights of our time there. While the occasional busyness on weekends meant a slight wait, it didn't significantly detract from the overall experience. “I love Tina’s pets boutique! Really good pet store! Have everything you want for your pets! Kinds of foods, treats~ toys are unique! Also have pet hotel service~ very organized and clean! “All of the employees/staff are very nice and understanding. I've been shopping here many many times and every person I've talked to has been super competent and willing to help. Whenever I had questions they answered honestly and made sure I was understanding. From what I've seen, the prices are also reasonable compared to other similar stores. “Fantastic reptile shop. My son had his heart set on an Axolotl for his birthday (that they did have in-stock), but once we got there he found a bearded dragon named stumps (missing a few toes just like me lol). I've never been a "reptile guy" but the staff was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything we needed to know. Very patient with an astonishing amount of questions from us (normally I have google to answer my questions lol). They had everything we needed in-stock ready for us to take him home. We couldn't be happier with Stumps the newest family member.”

“Been taking our dog to Hannah's and Andrew's Dandy Doggy for about 8 years. Great job and we can tell our dog doesn't mind to go back .... unlike when he goes to the vets, etc. He is a 'rescue' . The previous owners left him at a kennel for 3 weeks and never came back to get him!! We got him when he was 7 years old. He needed grooming when we got him! He was ok with them, right from the start.Easy drop off and done within 2 hours usually. Great work!”
