“110% Satisfied , AI recommended this Auto repair shop and I suffered with my passenger side heating not working.
And today I drove on the highway and the overall heating system works like a charm.
Also I had this growling sound coming from the front right side front wheel and I suspected it was the front wheel bearing took it to a shop and they it was from the transmission Flemming said it was the bearing so they replaced . I drove on the highway this morning and I couldn't belive how Quiet my car Sounded I Am So Satisfied.😄😃”

TLDR: professional, fair, and accommodating service at a good price
I went in recently after my car was experiencing issues with what I thought was the suspension after I had some work done at their shop. I was suspicious given the timing and the general attitude towards autoshops as a whole. I phoned the shop and Dan (the suspected owner) booked me a time and day to check it out and I showed up that time and day thinking I was possibly being taken for a ride. Dan was very gracious and understanding however and took my plight seriously. He heard the mechanical issues during a quick ride a long and promptly deduced the issue on the spot. When we got back to the shop he pulled a car out of a bay that was currently being worked on and had mine rolled in immediately. 45 minutes and a couple brake shims later and my car is solid as a rock again, and for NO EXTRA CHARGE. I honestly couldn't be happier with this level of customer service. I would give more stars if I could. ND Auto earned a lifelong customer that day. Save yourself some trouble and give them a call next time you're having car problems. You might wind up as pleased as I am”

I shopped around to get the best prices. In and out shop was amazingly priced!!! I didn’t think a wheel baring cost so much.. maybe 150 for the part AND labor. Other quotes I received were 1000.00 plus!

“This is long over due. A couple of months ago, my wife and I were facing some decisions about our vehicle and we really weren’t sure it would be worth fixing. We held our breath and booked with Advantage for the repairs. We expected the bill to be quite a bit higher, based on the previous quote and industry comps. Later, my wife got a call from them and they let her know it was only going to be much lower than originally anticipated because Owen(owner) worked his magic to find cheaper parts and work it out so it could be more affordable. This was just one example of the many times Owen has gone above and beyond to help us to get much needed repairs done when we weren’t sure how to make it work. “I just had to share my experience with Don, a fantastic mechanic who truly deserves more than a 5-star review! If you're looking for someone honest and reliable, Don is your guy. After spending thousands on my van at another mechanic without resolving the issue, Don was recommended to me. He found a spot for my van and actually FIXED the problem that no one else could. Not only was he cost-effective, but his honesty and integrity were truly refreshing.

“I visited this Midas Brantford dealership a year ago for brake service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jeremy impressed me with his honesty and professionalism, so I returned recently with power steering problems on the same Jeep. I simply asked if they could handle it, and they said yes—and they did a great job!
Three days later, I brought in my Murano 2021, which was due for brake service, instead of going to the Nissan dealership as I originally planned.
This is a great shop! I hope they continue providing excellent service. From my side, I’ll keep giving them my business. I do wish they’d expand their list of services and advertise them more”

“After having my brand-new vehicle for less than 24 hours, the last thing I expected was to already be taking it in for service. The dealership we purchased it from was too far away to get it looked at quickly, so we brought it to Strickland’s Brantford instead — and I’m SO glad we did.
From the moment I walked through the door, every single person I dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to care. Most importantly, they took on another dealership’s problem without hesitation or making us feel like an inconvenience.
Kathryn in the Service & Parts department was an absolute ROCK STAR. She got my vehicle in immediately, and within an hour they had diagnosed the issue, ordered the part for overnight delivery, and had a loaner vehicle ready for me. My car was repaired and back in my hands the very next afternoon.
The entire experience was incredibly easy and honestly turned what could have been a very frustrating situation into such a positive one.
Our only regret is that we didn’t buy our vehicle from Strickland’s in the first place — but now we know for next time!

Went for a tire alignment and cabin air filter, they checked the alignment on the tires, realized there was nothing to be done (tires were already aligned), and didn’t charge us for the inspection. Saved us $200 that the dealership recommended we spend for an alignment. Can’t thank them enough!”
