“It's December 14th, and the radio stops playing music in our Subaru Forester. We called Subaru and they couldn't give us an appointment until January 3rd. We called Andrew at McCracken, Cobourg and he got us an appointment within the hour and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes... free of charge! Kudos to Andrew at McCracken, Cobourg for his attentiveness and honesty! We certainly hope his team enjoys the "festive treats" we bought them from the local grocery store!!
