I recently had calf muscle pain related to running. I saw Adam twice, he was very kind and professional. I felt way better after two appointments. The exercises he gave me were clear and easy to follow. Overall great experience!

I am very happy with the services that Adam has been providing me since I had a serious elbow surgery over 4 months ago and he has made my therapy tolerable and effective. Adam provided simple home exercises which has increased my mobility significantly. Thanks Adam.
