“The right guy for anything tire related. Honest, fast, kind and timely. He gave me so much reassurance and went above and beyond to inform me of what I can do going forward. He came all the way to the gas station just to help me out. Don’t bother calling someone else, just call him and wait.”

“I had an amazing experience with Central Auto and cannot recommend them enough. Brad is so lovely and genuinely cares. After receiving a VERY high quote from another shop, I decided to get a second opinion and had my car towed here. From the start, they were honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. They replaced my alternator and belt quickly and efficiently, completed the work sooner than expected (a whole week earlier), and they took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle. Most importantly, they informed me that my control arms, which another shop had said needed replacement but were actually completely fine. They even had multiple technicians verify this. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly and made sure I understood what was happening, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop that is both knowledgeable and genuinely honest. They truly care about their customers and earning trust, not just making money. I will absolutely be returning for any future work and recommending them to everyone I know.”
