Facility easily the best in Guelph. Outstanding equipment and stuff you've probably never seen anywhere else. Clean and tidy.Staff are amazing. Friendliest environment you could ask for, always welcoming and upbeat.

The Business has shut it's doors and the telephone # no longer works, Website is offline and account suspended. Nobody is at the location and the doors are locked and closed.

When I was at NLC, I had a very positive experience. The trainers were knowledgeable, great to work with, and quite helpful! Its a great smaller gym with good equipment, and a good environment! Highly recommend it!
