We had an AMAZING experience at Kemptville CrossFit today. We dropped into a class and everyone was so welcoming and made us feel like part of their community. The class was fun and highly motivating. Looking forward to our next visit!

Best in NG. Owner is fantastic, coaches are all knowledgeable and can adapt to anyone’s fitness level. Community overall is amazing. Clean facility.
