“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Pillsworth Auto I’ve been taking my vehicles to Pillsworth Auto for years, and there’s a reason I continue to go back. Finding a mechanic you genuinely trust is incredibly important, and I have always had a great experience here. Bill, the owner, is always welcoming, honest and trustworthy. He and his team take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle in a way you can actually understand, rather than just handing you a bill and sending you on your way. Their prices have always been fair, and I’ve never felt like I was being pressured into unnecessary repairs or paying for something I didn’t need. This week I actually had my car towed there after it suddenly started acting up and wouldn’t accelerate properly. They took the time to go through it and do everything they could to figure out exactly what had happened. In the end, the car decided to pull the classic “nothing is wrong with me now that I’m at the mechanic” routine ???♀️, but they still thoroughly checked it over and did everything they could to find the problem rather than simply guessing and replacing parts unnecessarily. Everyone there is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and understanding, and you can tell they genuinely know cars. I also really appreciate that they treat you with respect and are willing to answer questions and explain things. After years of dealing with Pillsworth Auto, I can confidently say that they are a business I trust with my vehicle. Honest service, fair pricing, knowledgeable mechanics and genuinely good people. They said they understood it was an emergency but they also had appointments booked and could only do their best to get it in. “Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.”
