I have been a client for 3 years. In that time I have set up automatic deliveries 5 times and received zero automatic deliveries. I've run out of fuel 3 times, placing my home and family in jeopardy.I'm am done with McDougall Energy.My tank is again below empty yet again.

The oldie who sits in front of front desk is very rude. Haven't come across such a rude guy in my life. He doesn't know how to talk when somebody meets him for the first time. NOT SURE IF HE HAS AGED WELL, NO MANNERS. Would never ever recommend this place for any services BECAUSE OF THAT OLDIE.

Terrible for oil delivery they tell me call a week in advance and the first time it took a month and a half to get oil and now this time 10 days and I still don't have oil
