The junior BMO teller at the Manitowaning branch was not helpful, didn't offer any solutions. The post master next door was very helpful and we figured out a solution together that wouldn't end up costing any additional fees.

The hours are terrible…… 10-1:30!!!!!! Nobody can get there during the day due to very poor hours, good and polite customer service tho!!

Hours are awkward.
Corporate office of bmo went through every single one of my transactions and closed my bank account because I was doing to many emts. Didn’t know my account was being watched. So they closed my account so I went with TD Bank! And never been happier.
