“I purchased my Dimplex Revillusion 24" from Stephensons Electronics via Amazon and the customer service has been excellent. The shipment arrived ahead of schedule and Susie at Stephensons Electronics is very helpful. I had a problem installing the brackets that support the front glass and Susie told me she would send more screws and brackets if necessary so I could proceed with another attempt at installing the brackets without worrying about damaging them or stripping the screws. In the end, I got the brackets installed, but Suzie's pep talk gave me the confidence I needed to proceed. Dimplex - you need to pre-install those brackets!#&@”

“The 5 stars rating is for their after sales service.This store is located inside First Markham Place and it offers variety of home products such as TV boxes, home security devices, cables and adapters etc. I bought an EVpad during Christmas and a recent update messed up an app so I visited the store to get some help. The store owner quickly fixed up the issue and installed a few useful apps for me, he’s honest and reliable so highly recommended!”
