“I paid to get the battery replaced on my 14 pro. The replacement took about 2 hours, however when I got home I noticed the corner of the screen was separating from the phone. Even though it was inconvenient to have to come back, all the staff who helped me were apologetic and took my issue seriously. I was told my display needed to be replaced and it was done for free in an hour. Just hope they can be more careful next time and hopefully i don’t have any more issues with the phone.”
