“It was time to replace our mattress, and we dreaded having to purchase another one. Once Sears closed, it was hard to find a place that didn't have confusing pricing, hard-to-believe discounts on sales, and aggressive commission sales people.Ultra is tucked away in the Newmarket Plaza, and we almost overlooked it. Glad we didn't. We dealt with Joseph. He was a polite young man who was there to answer our questions if and when we needed it, but otherwise he gave us space to check out their stock of mattresses on our own.When we'd selected a mattress and had some question he answered them and then completed the sale for us including arranging for delivery. The guys delivered the mattress last night, and they were polite, quick and respectful of our house.We are happy with the purchase experience, the delivery and the mattress; we recommend you stop by if you are looking for furniture. BTW the delivery guys took our old mattress to the curb free of charge for pickup by the garbage men--an economical way or disposing of it for us and Ultra.”

“The quality is very good, the dining room, the living room, the bedroom have been filled by their furnitures. Never saw the bed could be so strong so kids can pay football on it.same as sofa,it’s heavy to be lift! “1I am leaving a review for excellent customer service, understanding, and over all just taking care of the customer.Jessyca Keyes helped our family through a rough stretch. We required new specialty beds after an accident. She found us the best deal they could offer and then went above and beyond when the insurance took longer then expected to respond.The beds were on order for months before the insurance cleared them. But she and the manager kept to there word and saved the price.Our son is autistic and has issues with people and being overwhelmed in large places. She was patient, took time to help us keep him busy and would often take him to the kiddy tent while my wife and I worked through all the details.We have been to places where our child was treated as a bad kid and this was not the case.During those 6 months we purchased a bunk bed along with new mattresses for our sun. The bed came with some issues and when I came to the store Jessyca saw me on the screen and came out right away to help. The situation was fixed quickly and efficiently.When the electric beds came there were some items missing, and some not the right things. Again I came to the store Jessyca was right there to help with the issues. She stayed with us until things were made right.At each point she could have continued working and making other sales. But instead made it clear we were important and she wanted to help fix the issues.Our over all experience with the delivery and warehouse for the store has been less then perfect.But im writing about excellent customer service and making us feel safe and taken care of when things went wrong.We have been back to the store for several other items making sure to ask for Jessyca each time as she was the reason we chose to return to the store and purchase other items.Thanks so much Garry”
