“I ordered a 2024 Polaris VR1 Boost snowmobile from Jamie in March 2023. The trade in value Jamie offered on my 2021 Polaris snowmobile was very fair. In late August, Jamie texted me, advising that I could drop off the trade in and then in early December, Jamie contacted me advising my new sled was ready for pickup at the dealership. Throughout the process of the spring order of my new sled, the trade in and then the delivery of my sled, Jamie kept me up to date and well informed. At the delivery, Jamie included a jug of oil, a Byers Equipment Motorsports hoodie sweatshirt and the first service of my new sled as free items. I was made to feel like he really appreciated my business, even though I had never purchased anything from Byers before. During the initial uses of my new sled, Jamie was available via his personal cell phone to offer assistance when I had questions about my new sled. I drove from Huntsville to do business with Byers in Orillia and Jamie hasn’t disappointed.February 23rd, I took my new sled to Byers for the scheduled first free service at 800 kilometres. T Anderson was the service technician. When I picked up my sled the same day, he took the time to explain to me a few adjustments that he had made to the suspension, at my request and offered further suggestions if I feel the need to make further changes to the suspension. I was grateful for the patience and time he spent with me. It shows the commitment that the staff at Byers have for their customers.I have really enjoyed the 2024 Polaris VR1 Boost snowmobile I purchased from Byers Equipment Motorsports and will definitely be doing business with them again.”
