“A great shopping experience at Kawartha TV & Stereo started with Carlos and his “no pressure” sales approach. Carlos took the time to explain details and differences between TV models and brands. There was no pressure to make a decision on our first visit and we were encouraged to go home and think about our choices. Once our decision was made, Carlos created the order and contacted us quickly to arrange a delivery date. The two young men who delivered and set up the 77” Samsung were exceptionally polite, tidy and efficient in their process. Highly recommend K. TV & Stereo so much so that when we were looking for a new BBQ, we went straight to Carlos. We chose a made in Canada, Broil King and again sales and delivery were excellent!”
“I had an issue with a washing machine purchased from and warrantied by Best Buy. When an issue occurred with the machine, Best Buy sent my file to Gatzley’s. Gatzley’s technicians came to my home multiple times and rebuilt my entire machine. Their entire team, from their technicians all the way to their in-store staff, were wonderful throughout the entire process. The washing machine was ultimately unable to be fixed according to the manufacturer engineers (not a failure by Gatzley’s) but Gatzley’s remained responsive, empathetic, supportive, and competent throughout the entire process.”
“Excellent experience shopping online with this business, purchasing one of their refurbished units on ebay. I appreciated their friendly service when I called asking questions about their listing. I was looking for a second projector for basic needs, half decent picture quality, without spending much, and they had the perfect option, priced better than anywhere else I searched.
