About C. J. McEwen Conservation Area
C. J. McEwen Conservation Area is a fantastic green space and beach access point. The park itself is a large, well-maintained field with old growth trees, picnic tables, and garbage pails. There is a brick washroom building and lots of parking. The beach is accessible from a pathway down a steep bank, which is not suitable for mobility issues, but the beach itself is wonderful with nice sand, clean water, and interesting colorful pebbles and fossils. There are no playground facilities and no fee to enter. It is a great place for a walk or to visit the beach for a memorable day.
Great little beach. Not an easy access but once you're there, the sand and water are great.

One of my favorites in the area. Lots of parking. A bit of a walk to get to the beach, some of which is downhill (which means you walk uphill getting back) but lots of beach area, nice sand, and clean water. There is a washroom there also but I've never been in it.

Nice beach, plenty of parking and there's washrooms. Steep walk down to the beach though
