First time visitor, and I was so pleased. A sign about a discounted item caught my eye. I did not buy the item for which I came in, but I bought a beautiful pair of pearl earrings. Very professional, attentive and friendly service. I will be back.

Worker seemed to just want to get through the day instead of help out with choosing an engagement ring. Created a bad experience out of something that is very important to many people. Would recommend Dynes Jewelry instead
