Came at 10:15am Saturday morning. It is closed and no one was there. I will never send packages to this location. Totally waste of time.

This location does not accept UPS or Canada Post. Before going to a penguin pick up double check that the specific location accepts the courier you are using. Not all penguin pick ups accept the same ones :) in the same plaza inside the No Frills they accept UPS.

Tues April 18, 2023My first time in to collect 3 packages and it was awesome service. A wonderful duo of a young woman and gentlemen were so lovely, they even carried my boxes to the uber. Lots of smiles and laughs and I give 5 stars ? ? ? ? ?. Excellent service and will use you again.Victoria
