“Our family has multiple accounts with CIBC in Sarnia. Our business banker has been on sick leave almost as soon as we opened our accounts, and he was fabulous so I wish him good health. In his absence, we have relied on Seamus Kelly. He has been my 'go to' for over a year, and he's not even in the business banking division (hint, hint - he should be promoted). My stuff always seems to be complicated, and yet he has never made one mistake. He has stayed late, addressed our issues always quickly and efficiently, and is a problem solver, which is invaluable to me. We couldn't ask for better service.
